The product quality is good, but I’ve placed several orders and almost every time there have been serious delivery issues (lost packages, one delivered to the wrong address, etc.). This is extremely frustrating and makes me reconsider ordering again in the future.

I requested an exchange for a medium sized green thrill hunt sweater. It says my return is successfully delivered but I have not received any update on my exchange item or refund. Information on my end says everything was delivered successfully but my exchange and refund are still pending. I don’t even really care about the refund but Could you send me my exchange item please.
