So i placed my original order with EME on the 19th of November. A few days later i received a package with entirely wrong clothes. I then contacted the customer support, which told me to send pictures of the order. They then told me it was a major picking error and that they would schedule a new shipping of the original order with pickup of the wrong order i received. More than 2 weeks later, without heraring anything i received an E-Mail with a sheduled pickup of the wrong order without aksing me if the time would suit me or not or if im even at home at that time. The package then got picked up and i didnt hear anything again for a week. I then contacted the customer support aksing about my original order. They then told me the logsistcs center contaced me for the shipping of my orginal order, which hadnt happened. I told them this and a few hours later the logistics center emailed me, telling me that the item i orginally order 3 weeks ago wasnt in stock anymore and that i should pick a different item. I then told them that i just wanted my money back because i wanted the items i originally orderd and not different ones. Overall i had a really bad experience and a lot of really unnecessary stress over the span of over 3 weeks, having to contact them multiple times.
The yellow knot jumper is so beautiful and the feel is great, however before I could even wear it the side stitching completely unravelled which was a bit of a bummer. I have a blue knit too and have not had an issue yet so might have just been the one off. I sent it off for a return but unfortunately as I’m located in Australia it cost me $70 AUD to return for an exchange which wasn't great but I guess can’t be helped. Just heads up if you are buying from overseas about the return shipping cost. Otherwise love all my other stuff and will purchase again.
