My package was not delivered and in total I have tried to communicate with customer service 8 times, but though email, text, website, etc. and there has been no support or reaching out to me to help. I’ve lost £200.
Everything’s perfect guys. Treatment, pieces, the new information you give us to know about special prices or new collections, the shipping time, the fit of all of your clothes…. EVERYTHING.
All of you are doing a great job and I encourage to use all your ideas and creativity as you’re doing right now, because I’m really sure you’ll achieve great things.
