I recently purchased two jackets from Eme Studios. While the design and materials appeared to be of excellent quality, my experience was overshadowed by a significant issue: my parcel was lost, and I never received it.
It has now been over a month since this occurred, and no resolution has been provided. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I had to send numerous follow-up requests for updates and repeatedly prove my case, despite the delivery system itself confirming via email that the parcel was lost.
To make matters worse, it was up to me to contact my lawyer and inform customer service of the appropriate steps to take in such situations. I am still waiting for a reimbursement. While the products may look great, I will not risk putting myself in a similar situation again with such an inexperienced customer service.
