I returned the original item some time ago, but I still haven’t received the exchanged item in size S.
Could you please let me know the status of this exchange and when I can expect to receive the item?

Nos han enviado una prenda equivocada y el proceso para realizar la devolución es complicado, se basa en contestar preguntas predefinidas que no se adaptan a nuestro caso concreto. Además nos dicen que la prenda deseada está ahora agotada cuando fue enviada a otro cliente por error que previsiblemente hará la devolución. No han hecho nada por ayudarnos, solo remitirnos a la web.
