First off, really like the gear I picked up from EME, quality is really nice! Unfortunately on the service end of the business they sent me out the wrong size, I ordered a M and got an XL. Then when I tried to replace the piece they had none left in my size. When I tried to request a refund it wouldn’t let me, even thought I did nothing wrong.. kept getting hit with an error message.
Hice un pedido el 29 de noviembre y, a día de hoy, 19 de diciembre, todavía no lo he recibido. He intentado contactar varias veces con su servicio de atención al cliente y también por Instagram, pero no obtengo ninguna respuesta. Esta falta de comunicación y profesionalidad es inaceptable. No puedo recomendar esta tienda hasta que solucionen el problema.
