El tema de las devoluciones y el reembolso son muy lentos. Ayer recibí el reembolso de una devolución que realicé el 6 de diciembre.

3 sweaters all very nice . One I had to change for another size. They already send the new size before I’ve send the return back. So now I’ve recievedit on time! Quick delivery and offcourse love the collection.
I ordered a jacket and a cardigan.
The size L cardigan did not match the measurements in the size chart, so I had to send it back at my own expense to receive an XXL, which was unstitched at the collar and near a button.
The jacket had a stain that I had trouble removing...
I'm a little disappointed with the quality and how my exchange (for the cardigan) was handled, but the design of the items is still incredible. I will continue to support you, but I hope this doesn't happen again with my next order.
