(3) OVER TIME WE REALIZED THAT WE DON’T OPERATE LIKE A TRADITIONAL BRAND, BUT MORE LIKE AN ARTIST.EACH COLLECTION IS BORN FROM SOMETHING WE FEEL OR WANT TO EXPRESS IN THAT MOMENT: A PRESENT OR PAST EMOTION, A LIVED EXPERIENCE, A CULTURAL REFERENCE, OR THE SPARK OF INSPIRATION THAT APPEARS WHEN YOU CROSS PATHS WITH SOMEONE WHO LEAVES A MARK ON YOU.

(4) WE HAVEN’T ALWAYS GOT IT RIGHT, AND THAT’S NOT OUR AIM EITHER. AS WITH ANY CREATIVE PROCESS, THERE IS EVOLUTION, CHANGE, AND LEARNING. WHAT MATTERS IS THAT EACH PIECE IS BORN FROM AN HONEST PLACE.

(5) TODAY WE ARE MUCH GREATER THAN WHEN WE FIRST STARTED THIS JOURNEY.
WE ARE A TEAM, A COMMUNITY, AND A JOURNEY SHARED WITH THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEEN THEMSELVES REFLECTED IN WHAT WE DO. PEOPLE WHO HAVE GROWN WITH THE BRAND JUST AS THE BRAND HAS GROWN WITH THEM.



(6) WE STILL FEEL LIKE WE’RE AT THE BEGINNING. WITH MORE EXPERIENCE, MORE RESPONSIBILITY, AND MORE AMBITION, BUT WITH THE SAME INTENTION AS ON DAY ONE: TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT MOVES PEOPLE, THAT CONNECTS, AND THAT LEAVES A LASTING MARK OVER TIME.



(2) STARTING SOMETHING FROM SCRATCH IS NEVER EASY: LEAVING BEHIND WHAT YOU KNOW, MOVING TO A NEW CITY, AND WORKING LONG HOURS ON MAKESHIFT TABLES IN THE LIVING ROOMS OF SO MANY RENTED APARTMENTS OVER THESE YEARS FILLED WITH SHIPPING BOXES.
WE HAD NO GUARANTEES, BUT INSIDE US THERE WAS A CERTAINTY THAT WAS HARD TO EXPLAIN: WE KNEW IT WAS GOING TO TURN OUT WELL.
