Il servizio di gestione dei resi dovrebbe essere migliorato. Ho ricevuto un capo difettoso (bucato) e la procedura di cambio ha richiesto più tempo del previsto. Ho anche dovuto anticipare le spese di spedizione per il reso, poi rimborsate, ma sarebbe stato preferibile un processo più semplice e immediato, considerando il problema iniziale del prodotto.
