On december 17 I received an e-mail confirmation of my order (number 557839), that it had been shipped via DHL. But at DHL they don’t have any info on this order, and I never received it.
I tried to contact you through the contact form on your website but have’t had any response so far. And I also tried to contact you twice with a DM on Insta but no response either.
I really still wish to receive the sweater I ordered, or if it is not possible a refund, as I already paid for this order.
Please let me know what the status is.
