Domestic shipments sent by Correos Express will be made in a first delivery. In case this has failed, it will be referred to the nearest collection point to ensure delivery, given the high volume of shipments.


Eme Studios will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.

During the launch of collections, due to the high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that deliveries may be delayed.

At all times Eme Studios will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be cancelled, in which case Eme Studios will inform the customer within a period of no more than 24 working hours, accompanied by the corresponding refund in the payment method used by the customer for the purchase.

*For countries: Mexico and USA, it is mandatory to include the recipient's identity number in order to avoid delays or problems in the customs process.

The recipient will be responsible for customs charges and any other costs in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country. Therefore, the costs associated with importation are not the responsibility of Eme Studios, being the customer who must cover the customs duties.

If the customer decides not to pay these charges, the shipment will be considered cancelled and will be returned to our warehouses. In this case, the purchase will be refunded, deducting the costs related to the rejection of the goods.
