El dia 1/dic realice un pedido y a 27 no ha llegado. Me ha costado contacte con Eme, el teléfono no lo cogen y por correo me confirmaron que el pedido fue devuelto, pero ha duda de hoy sigo sin saber nada.
Experiencia de cliente es mala, sigo sin saber dónde está mi pedido, si accedo a la página el pedido está como entregado y tengo la sensación de que sigue perdido.
En resumen sigo sin el pedido y sin saber si llegará algún día.

I really love the designs of your products and how you regularly bring out new collections. But there is one problem that I want to point out. Your size charts are very inaccurate sometimes. The “Master Knit sweater“ for example. I bought it in a size xs and the size chart said it is 63cm long but it wasn‘t. When i measured it was 54cm long. If it were 1cm or 2cm différence, alright. But that is too big of a difference and has to be fixed.
