I am writing to express my concern regarding my order, as I have not received my package and the experience has been very disappointing.
This was my first time ordering with your company, and unfortunately it has been a very bad experience. The package was placed more than a month and a half ago and has still not arrived. The tracking information is also confusing, as it first shows the package as “in transit” and then suddenly appears as “delivered,” even though I never received it.
This situation reflects very poor logistics and a lack of clarity in the delivery process. I would like to know what is currently happening with my package and receive a clear explanation as soon as possible.
Please let me know how this issue will be resolved.
After a notification to collect my purchase in the collection local, I found that the chipment have not arrived. I have not recieved any response from Inpost, the shipment company and so far I have not recieved my purchase or my refund.
