I bought clothes on November 29th to Uruguay, South America. It is supposed to take 4/8 days. I recieved a notice of the shipping number, which was not an international tracking number, that did not tell me anything about the package. I was not able to track the shipment. After three weeks of trying to contact the staff members, they sent me a notice stating that the package was back in the store and that they were going to sent it again. Apparently some of the clothes were out of stock, which makes no sense since they got the package returned. The communication has been awful, they do not answer the emails properly, and there is no way to call them either. This has been a terrible experience and I am very close to ask for a refund for all of it. I would never recommend this to anyone.
