This was my first time purchasing from your brand, which I understood to be well-known and reliable. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I bought a beige sweatshirt as a gift for my boyfriend, and it arrived with the first letter sewn incorrectly using red thread, which is clearly a manufacturing defect.
When I contacted customer service, I expected a full refund including shipping and import costs, since I paid the total price for a defective item. Instead, I was told there was no stock available for replacement and I only received a 20% discount, while I had already covered the full shipping and import fees.
Considering your reputation, I expected a more responsible solution and proper customer support. Sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations.
