However, it has now been over a month since I reported the defect and returned the sweater, and I still have not received a replacement. The first attempt to send me the replacement failed because Eme Studio incorrectly dispatched the package, which was "lost in transit." Despite this, the second replacement has also yet to arrive.
This prolonged delay is unacceptable, and the lack of proper communication and resolution has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expected much better service from a brand like yours. Please address this matter immediately.
