This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I placed an order through Klarna, then tried to return one of the items. The return was rejected. After that, I received multiple emails from Reveni SL (EME Studios' external returns platform), instructing me to pay €52.00 manually. To avoid any issues, I followed their instructions and transferred the amount directly on May 13, 2025.
Later I discovered that EME Studios had already been paid by Klarna, and now Klarna is still expecting me to pay — meaning EME Studios has been paid twice for the same product. I reached out to EME Studios asking them to fix this with Klarna, but they outright refused and said I need to “follow Klarna’s steps” — in other words, they pushed the entire problem onto me.
To make things worse, they claim to have shipped the replacement item, but I never received it. I didn't even get a tracking number or any shipping confirmation. When I asked for proof, they just repeated that it had already been sent — with no further help.
So let’s summarize:
I paid manually after being contacted by their own returns system.
They’ve now been paid twice — once by Klarna and once by me.
I never received the replacement product.
They refuse to communicate with Klarna to correct the issue.
And I was left dealing with payment warnings and potential late fees for a situation they created.
If Klarna hadn’t paused the payment and escalated the case, I might be facing debt collection for something I already paid.
Do not order from EME Studios unless you’re prepared to take on all the risk when something goes wrong. Their customer service is evasive, unhelpful, and takes zero responsibility for their own systems.
