Ya le hemos reenviado un correo a relación a mi paquete al correo de hi@emestudios, donde le explico mi problema con el paquete en cuestión, donde adjuntamos el porque del problema y la razón por la cual no ha llegado.

Guys i love your stuff, ioften buy using my account and also my friends’ accounts, and I always have at least one EMESTUDIOS piece in my outfits. Your designs are stunning!!. But the last time i was very upset, i buy a black leather Jacket, the design was amazing but 3 weeks late im still dealing with a fk SMELL OF FISH, I can’t understand how such an issue wasn’t addressed during production or quality control. A proper treatment to eliminate this kind of odor should be standard. Please be more careful with these details in the future, because they really affect the customer experience.. LOVE
