Not very Good

Primer de tot, sou una empresa catalana i feu les comunicacions en anglès. Com a mínim hauria d’estar en tres idiomes. Em sembla, literalment, una “flipada” i molt poc correcte respecte a avalar el valor del nostre idioma.
En segon lloc i no menys important, acabava de comprar un producte, per mala sort, el meu germà en el mateix moment i a un altre lloc també ho va fer, per tant, ho teníem duplicat. Vaig enviar un correu al moment i la resposta va ser que ja estava en camí de ser enviat. Amb la conseqüència que m’ha portat que la devolució és absolutament complicada. He hagut de pagar 10€ per retornar el producte, amb lo qual ja se m’encareix molt, i encara espero que em tornin els diners. En total he perdut més de 30€ i m’he quedat sense cap producte.
Trobo que avui dia que la venda per internet és un gran avantatge, cal que es faciliti pel consumidor i no només pel venedor.
En resum, un servei nefast.

Qué gusto que haya marcas nacionales de este nivel. Brutales tanto por su servicio de atención al cliente, como por la calidad de sus productos. Y, además de eso, crean contenido de calidad en redes, lo que redondea la experiencia de compra. Sois la leche. :)
