I bought a sweater and a t-shirt the 29th of November. I was super excited to recieve my stuff. It said between 3-8 days to get the things. I was looking everyday to see if I got a update. I then noticed when looking at the tracking number after the 8th day it said rejected. I hadnt been contacted by anybody or notified in any way. I went to the package service and they didnt know. I emailed and went back and forth with a lot of emails trying to understand the situation. They told me thf psckage had been sent back, then that there was no more availability for my sweater, which supposedly came back to you, so where did the sweater go? Then I went online and saw that my sweater was indeed available. So i emailed them and they said that my package got sent again this way. No trackinh number, no notification, no detail of nothing. Now im still waiting for something to be said or to arise and still no notification. Where is my clothes? Where is my stuff? My money and time is clearly no worry to you guys. Its about to be a month and I still havent recieved a tracking number for the new order or no notification of what or when am I to recieve my things. Im very dissapointed since ive followed you guys for a while and visited stores when I was in Madrid. Hope there is a solution soon,
