The first time the sweater came with a patched spot where, either a hole wss handfixed or it was judt faulty from the factory. The return worked well and quick but the replacement sweater came wiyh loose threads on the logotype at breast height, very visible. This time I asked if we could it return at your physical shop in Madrid because to bring it again to the post office is very time consuming. My daughter returned it and got the second replacement (third sweater). Your brand did not compensate this effortd of writing, weapping up parcels and bringing it to the post iffice or you with anything, which is a poor sign if you want to retain clients.
