Items purchased from Eme Studios must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or any other condition that prevents proper resale.They must also be sent in their original packaging, with all tags intact, within a maximum period of 30 days from receiving the order in order to proceed with the refund.For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of items such as underwear or socks are not accepted.Eme Studios is not responsible for returns that are not sent with the corresponding return label.The customer must bear the logistical costs of returns.
